Role Description

This is an on site, full time position for a Club Manager located in Telok Panglima Garang. The Club Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, including managing staff, ensuring member satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards, and supporting business growth. Responsibilities also include implementing marketing initiatives, driving membership sales, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and members.

Qualifications
  • Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in sales, customer service, and relationship management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Marketing skills, particularly with experience in implementing campaigns and engagement activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles
  • Previous experience in fitness, health club management, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Telok Panglima Garang
