Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand clients’ business needs and technical requirements for cloud solutions, provide sales support, and design cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Provide support to clients on their digital transformation journey to the cloud and guidance on best practices for cloud solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of proposed solutions, ensuring network configurations compliance, security compliance, successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Develop cloud architectures for various applications and services.
• Perform cloud migrations and ensure smooth transitions from on premises to cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of the cloud and help in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for a successful deployment through a well-architected framework.
