Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, preferably Service Now.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor work queues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Provide second-level support and analyze issues for clients.
  • Lead client escalations for operational issues and execute changes.
