Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Sales Representative based in Kota Kinabalu. The Clinical Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling medical products and healthcare solutions, achieving sales targets, and facilitating product training or demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and providing exceptional post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Communication skills, including negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of Medical and Healthcare products, with an understanding of industry practices and compliance
  • Presentation and Training skills to effectively demonstrate and educate customers about products
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle client inquiries
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new products and market strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Sales, Business, or related fields is preferred
  • Prior sales experience in medical or healthcare products is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Malay; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel frequently for client visits
