Job description

Work collaboratively with in-house doctors.

Perform administrative tasks including stock management and inventory control.

Deliver high standards of patient-centered, ethical, and professional care.

Ensure full compliance with company protocols and safety procedures.

Assist doctors with medical procedures.

Perform medical assessments and organize results and records.

Process sales transactions using the POS system.

Properly handle and administer products and medications.

Manage clinic inventory to maintain an adequate supply of medical products.

Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience.

Address client concerns and complaints professionally.- Follow clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
