Kashi Medik Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to‑day operations and administration of our busy healthcare facility, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of medical services to our patients.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.

Liaise with medical staff, patients, and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Manage the clinic’s financial and administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and inventory control.

Provide leadership and guidance to the clinic’s administrative and support staff.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall patient experience.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic administration role.

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical regulations, and best practices.
