Job summary

A financial service company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated client support professional. In this role, you will provide front-line support for clients through various channels and ensure their queries are addressed promptly and accurately. Applicants should have a Secondary School certificate and at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in the financial sector. Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese alongside English is essential, with a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. Shift work may be necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
  • Perform any duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate.
  • 2 years working experience, preferably in Client Support (Financial industry would be a distinct advantage).
  • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
  • Passionate about delivering quality support with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) for Mandarin speaker, fluent in Spanish & English (spoken & written) for Spanish speaker, Japanese & English (spoken & written) for Japanese Speaker.
