Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Client Relationship Manager with a background in healthcare or medical sales. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, building long‑term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through solution‑based selling. What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, tech, support) to ensure smooth implementation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings
What do we need from you (Job Requirements)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical sales representative, or related roles
- Strong network and familiarity with clinics, hospitals, or medical professionals in Malaysia
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client relationship roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Results‑driven with strong follow‑up and closing skills
- Comfortable with technology, digital platforms, and AI‑based solutions
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
