Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring the quality of work and all activities/materials are strictly in accordance with the specification and required standard.
• Keep daily records of all construction activities at the site and report any site problems to the superior.
• Carry out site supervision to ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings and specifications.
• Execute inspections and tests as per instruction and test plan, and utilize quality control mechanism as provided for by the quality management system.
• Attend site meetings, contractor coordination meetings with sub‑contractors, and management meetings (if necessary).
• Provide feedback to management on works implementation or rectifications when required.
• Evaluate claims on site, and notify completed works for billing stages.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a certificate/diploma in M&E / C&S / Architectural / Building Construction or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in supervision of construction and property development, especially high‑rise constructions.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors.
• Ability to understand the ID works / setting out / reporting of work with photo.
