Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Clerk - Inventory to join our team in Beranang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, processing orders, and supporting the overall inventory management operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

Ensure accuracy of document enter for goods receive document / return document and request document.

To maintain and ensure all in-coming and out-going materials are properly controlled and recorded.

Prepare and update daily stock report for Inventory or Raw Materials.

Ensure that all warehouse operations pertaining to storekeeping are in smooth & efficient control.

Support Weekly/Monthly or any stock count activities.

Goods return and system adjustment process monitoring.

Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping, receiving or warehouse management system (ERP / Mobile Apps).

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or inventory-related role

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and data entry skills

Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Language: English and Malay)

Ability to work independently and priorities tasks effectively

Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
