What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to speak and write Chinese as candidate needs to contact with Chinese vendors / customers.
