Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Third-Party Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving third-party bodily injury claims with a focus on delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Management: Investigate, evaluate, and settle third-party bodily injury claims in a timely and efficient manner. This includes gathering relevant information and analyzing medical reports and other documentation.
• Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve claims effectively. Ensure that settlement offers are fair, within company guidelines, and legally sound.
• Compliance: Ensure that all claims processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting bodily injury claims.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and contribute to the development of best practices in claims management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Insurance, or a related field.
