We are an authorised Chery dealership in Ipoh, dedicated to providing seamless aftersales service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Claim Advisor who is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and passionate about helping clients navigate vehicle insurance and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with insurance and warranty claims related to vehicle repairs
  • Guide customers through claim processes and required documentation
  • Liaise with insurance companies, service team, and internal departments
  • Ensure timely claim approvals and smooth processing for customers
  • Update customers regularly on claim status and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in insurance, claims, or automotive service (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
