Job summary

A maintenance services company in Johor Bahru is seeking a candidate for building maintenance. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various building components, carrying out minor repairs, and assisting with plumbing tasks. Ideal candidates should have an SKM/DKM/DLKM, at least 1–3 years of relevant experience, and basic skills in carpentry and masonry. This position supports facility management with documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Carry out minor repair works such as painting, patching, tiling, carpentry, and leakage rectification.

Inspect and report building defects and safety issues.

Assist with basic plumbing-related tasks.

Support contractors and maintain documentation for work orders and maintenance records.

Job Requirements

SKM/DKM/DLKM in Building Maintenance, Civil Construction, or related field (Level 2/3) are highly recommended.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in civil/building maintenance or facility management.

Basic skills in civil maintenance (carpentry, masonry, painting, general repair).

Able to read simple building drawings and perform hands‑on tasks.

Experience in facility management is an added advantage.
