ISEC Eye Care Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing division across all centres. This senior role blends nursing leadership, operational management, and hands‑on clinical practice, supporting our mission of delivering world‑class ophthalmic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and service quality.
  • Oversee nursing operations, staffing, workflow optimisation, and compliance with regulatory and clinical governance requirements.
  • Maintain an active hands‑on clinical role, supporting daily patient care, assisting in ophthalmic procedures, and modelling best clinical practice.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing teams, fostering continuous professional growth and a culture of accountability, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, centre directors, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and optimise clinical pathways.
  • Lead training programmes, competency assessments, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
  • Support organisational development as ISEC expands regionally, ensuring consistent nursing standards across all branches.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of nursing experience, preferably with exposure to ophthalmology or ambulatory care; leadership/managerial experience required.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and team‑building skills.
  • Commitment to patient‑centred care and professional excellence.
