Job Description Summary

To perform chemical and physical analysis in the chemistry laboratory and maintain all laboratory equipment, chemicals and glassware in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). To execute all analyses as well as the maintenance and calibration of the equipment in the Chemistry Laboratory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform chemical and physical testing for Incoming, Compounding and Dip Room samples.
2. Ensure that tests are carried out as per the Basic Operating Procedure (BOP).
3. Prepare and standardize chemicals used in the lab.
4. Document and record all test results accurately.
5. Maintain and/calibrate all laboratory equipment.
6. Adhere to the company’s Environmental, Safety and Health policies.
7. Support 5S activities in the laboratory.
8. Carry out special projects as directed by the Supervisor.
