Summary

As a Chef De Partie - Teppanyaki, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and high quality teppanyaki dining experience. You will prepare and cook dishes live in front of guests, showcasing precision, skill and hospitality that reflect the art of Japanese teppanyki cuisine. Working closely with the Sous Chef, you will ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Japanese kitchen and at least 1 year experience on teppanyaki or live cooking in a luxury hotel or fine dining
