Requirement

  • Experience in Chinese cuisine or fast-food kitchen operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in shifts and overtime when required.
  • Outstanding performers will be considered for promotion to Store Manager.
Responsibility
  • Fully responsible for the daily kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Familiar with cooking procedures and able to personally prepare dishes to ensure consistent food quality.
  • Handle daily ingredient preparation, cutting, marinating, and overall food readiness.
  • Manage and assign tasks to subordinates (cooks, prep staff, dishwashers).
  • Ensure the kitchen environment meets cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee daily/weekly ingredient ordering and inventory control.
  • Maintain good communication with the front of house to ensure timely and consistent food service.
  • Must be able to read, listen, and speak in Mandarin (mandatory).
