Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality 3D models for stylized and appealing character and prop assets based on concept designs.
  • Support the team by contributing to game-ready models that align with the overall artistic direction.
  • Work closely with senior artists, leads, and other departments to ensure consistency and quality across assets.
  • Show strong problem-solving skills in modeling challenges with guidance when needed.
  • Adapt to feedback and improve work based on art direction and project needs.
  • Effectively manage assigned tasks independently and contribute to meeting production deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a 3D game modeler in a professional setting.
  • Solid understanding of modeling fundamentals, topology, and asset optimization for production.
  • Proficiency in modeling software such as Maya, Zbrush, Blender, Substance Painter, 3D coat or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in hand-painting different types of objects and materials.
  • Familiarity with stylized art styles and an eye for appealing shapes and proportions.
  • Background in 3D art or digital media, either through formal education or self-taught.
  • Open to talents from SEA countries, with priority given to Malaysian artists.
  • Willingness to work onsite or relocate.
Bonus
  • Exposure to Unity is a plus.
  • Proficient in communicating and writing in Mandarin.
