Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Channel Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

  • Establish productive relationships with partners.
  • Meet targets for profitable postpaid activation.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users.
  • Monitor communication to avoid channel conflicts.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activity.
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
  • Drive adoption of company programs.
  • Recruit new partners.
  • Attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities.
  • Update sales and visitation reports consistently.
