💼 Your Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and develop agents and referral partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Collect and manage leads from agents, referrals, and campaigns
  • Support sales submissions and ensure accurate case processing
  • Track sales performance, installation progress, and basic reports
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales and admin teams
  • Cross-sell core products and related Homekita / platform solutions
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities
  • Assist in sales planning, WhatsApp / social media outreach, and follow-ups
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and properly managed
