The role focuses on channel-specific strategies, detailed planning, and facilitating initiatives for continuous improvement. Candidates should have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
To drive profitable sales and category growth within and across DLMI categories in the Channel through:
Identifying channel-specific opportunities and strategies (at a total DLMI level – i.e., cross-category level) based on an in-depth understanding of the Channel’s individual objectives, growth strategies, needs, and target shopper.
Translating these opportunities and strategies into detailed channel plans by category – including POP activation plans, customized promotional programs, and tailored assortments where appropriate.
Championing channel-specific insights and needs throughout the business.
Ensuring DLMI is able to leverage its total size, scale, and expertise within the Channel.
Championing DLMI’s Perfect Store initiatives and facilitating the four-step process: define, execute, measure, and learn to continuously improve.
