Job description
  • Communicate with customers regarding IKRAM QA certification inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule audit dates.
  • Plan and organize factory visits.
  • Prepare proforma invoices for factory visits and IKRAM QA certificates.
  • Prepare and issue Audit Notices, Change of Date Notices, and Certificate Amendment Notices.
  • Prepare audit folders and submit them to the assigned auditors for review.
  • Coordinate with travel agents for auditors’ flight arrangements related to factory visits.
  • Prepare final invoices for factory visits and IKRAM QA certificates.
  • Coordinate with agents regarding auditors’ visa arrangements.
  • Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
  • Update the IKRAM QA website as required.
  • Maintain and enhance job knowledge through internal training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
