Responsibilities

• Customer & Booking Management: Act as the face of the brand, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Marketing & Operations: Feline Content Creator — capture cute, high-quality photos and videos of cats during their spa sessions for our social media; support promotional campaigns by engaging with our online community; maintain a "Boutique-Ready" environment by keeping the lobby, grooming areas, and retail displays spotless and inviting; manage retail inventory (shampoos, treats, and accessories) to ensure we are always well-stocked.
• Growth & Care: Participate in internal training to level up knowledge of cat psychology, handling, and advanced grooming techniques.
