- Support in extended warranty plan preparation in terms of plan code and pricing setup
- Assist in managing and setup Extended Warranty Plan control system
Sales Reporting and Analyzing
- Track and analyze sales performance and propose action plan
- Design and organize sales competition for sales team to meet targeted sales goals
Extended Warranty Risk Management
- Design and implement risk management process for company to track and analyze relevant claim risk
- Perform claim risk assessment and evaluation to analyze current risk and forecast future claim risk
- Prepare claim risk report and share to relevant merchandise department and sales team
- Design claim risk mitigation plan
- Provide support to educate and build claim risk awareness amongst sales team
Concession Business/Consignment Business
- Research and identify potential business partner in target market and complete appropriate research on prospective business partner and the respective market/field
- Partner with management and sales teams to create contract-winning proposals between company and business partner
- Negotiate contract terms with business partner and communicate terms to management team
- Collaborate with business partner and sales teams to ensure contracted operation specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Keep records of sales and revenue performance
- Develop good relationships with prospective business partner for maintaining long term collaboration
Insurance Service
- Partnership with Insurance Service Provider to plan and design exclusive Insurance Service for PlusOne Members
- Monitor and support motor and travel insurance service
Qualifications
- Professional Qualification or Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Good communication, computer literate, analytical skills and presentation skills
- Strong attention to details, good interpersonal skills, fast learner and adaptable to change. Possess certification in Risk Management is an added advantage
