Naluri is seeking a skilled Care Delivery Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our care delivery process, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of our care delivery process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create engaging health content and graphics for various platforms, such as LINE, Instagram, email, and direct messaging to members via coaching platforms.
• Translate and quality-check user interfaces (UIs) for our digital health platforms.
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to support the implementation of health programs and initiatives.
• Supervise interns and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
