Job summary

A leading Malaysian financial institution is seeking a professional to develop and implement capability development strategies for branch personnel. Responsibilities include designing competency development roadmaps, executing training needs analysis, and ensuring compliance with training standards. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field, plus at least 8 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Pass Malay Language test at SPM level.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in L&D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the competency development roadmap.
• Plan and execute the Training Needs Analysis for the organization.
• Ensure compliance with training standards.
• Develop the annual training plan for Branch Academy.
• Propose course curricula and program plans to the committee.
