About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at TP Malaysia Sdn Bhd' in Penang. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in Cantonese. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
  3. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Identifying and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  6. Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and the overall service delivery
What we're looking for
  1. Fluency in spoken Cantonese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to provide empathetic and efficient support
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  4. Problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding the best solutions for customers
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
