What role you will play in the team

This entry‑level position supports asset integrity of fixed equipment and piping across Product Solutions or Upstream facilities worldwide, combining materials and corrosion expertise, inspection experience, and static equipment knowledge to ensure reliability and safety.

What you will do
  • Deploy and execute static expertise assessment for in‑service fixed equipment and piping.
  • Provide corrosion expertise in the development of fit‑for‑purpose equipment strategies and integrity operating windows involving higher‑complexity corrosion mechanisms.
  • Develop and deploy integrity, static and corrosion management workflows to Product Solutions and Upstream businesses globally.
  • Develop and optimize inspection plans and recommendations using data analytics.
  • Deliver overall integrity effectiveness and management, including criticality assessments, consequence/complexity rating of fixed equipment, setting optimum task intervals and reviewing inspection findings.
  • Leverage cutting‑edge tools and digital techniques to improve delivery effectiveness and drive asset improvements.
  • Provide regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work‑product metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in achieving business unit and site objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
  • Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant working experience are encouraged.
  • Ability to work in a multi‑cultural global setting with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and proactiveness in leading change.
  • Innovative and analytical thinking.
