Reporting directly to Operations Manager / Director .
Deliver digital service campaign by providing an efficient output of product and services.
Provide polite, professional and accurate response.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates.
Able to bind strong and long term relationship with customers and clients.
Right attitude and interested to learn, love meeting people and passionate.
Attend to all customers requests and enquiries.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills.
Work in a team with other associates and also management team ethically.
Exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Accountable for meeting individual (KPI) and team targets.
Assist with the daily sales processes, servicing customers needs and queries.
Upsell and recommend Company's products and services.
Direct and coordinate daily sales and services activities, following standard operations procedure.
Ensure all sales and services orders are thoroughly checked.
Customer acquisition of product sales for outbound position.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive, positive attitude, service oriented and possess high level of commitment in work.

Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency.
Good command of spoken and written English and/or Mandarin speaking and/ or any local dialect will be an added advantage.
*** Due to business needs, Mandarin/Cantonese speakers are preferred
