Job summary

A leading global technology company is seeking a Finance Support role to prepare reports and assist the CFO. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field and possess excellent communication skills in both Korean and English. Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This position is vital for supporting project implementations and business objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets for CFO and team.
• Research and provide background information to support the CFO.
• Consolidate reports from different functions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as liaison between RHQ and HQ on company objectives.
• Assist in various projects or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job description

Prepare reports, financial reports, spreadsheets to support the work of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other staff.

To support RHQ and HQ reports in Korean.

Research, collate and provide background information to CFO and team to assist them to make informal decision or actions.

Consolidate reports from other business functions and provide further commentaries for overall business as well as identification of risk & opportunities to CFO.

Liaison person with RHQ & HQ on new implementation of company objectives and cascade to business.

Assist in various projects or ad-hoc projects as requested by management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.

Excellent communications skills and proficient in Korean language and English (both written and oral).

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably candidate with business or accountancy background.

Strong collaboration required to work with different dept/function.

Excellent in MS Office and people management skill.

Independent at work and is highly motivated.

Excellent interpersonal skills and is resourceful.
