Business Enhancement & Commercial Analyst, Executive

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential partners and internal stakeholders.

Support negotiations and discussions for management by providing relevant data and analysis.

Track and report on pipeline progress and key business development activities.

Collect and analyze market pricing data, competitor products, and cost structures.

Assist in setting and reviewing group products' selling prices to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Work with sales and operations teams to recommend pricing strategies aligned with business goals.

Prepare regular group pricing reports and highlight trends, risks, or opportunities.

Asset Acquisition Support

Assist in market scans for potential asset or investment opportunities.

Collect and compile financial, legal, and operational data for due diligence.

Support feasibility studies, valuation models, and business case preparations.

Maintain records of acquisition opportunities, progress, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

General Support

Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.

Support internal governance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and compliance checks.

Collaborate across departments (finance, legal, operations, sales) to support commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient in English & Malay (spoken & written)
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
