Business Development & Training Executive

The Business Development & Training Executive is responsible for driving business growth while managing clients end-to-end, from initial engagement through programme delivery and post-training follow-up. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and training coordination to ensure a seamless experience for corporate and individual clients across all training and education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Client Management
- Manage clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from lead generation and first contact to programme completion and post-training support.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely responses at all stages.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions, certifications, or programmes.
- Handle client onboarding, confirmations, scheduling, and post-programme feedback.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the training and education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, institutions, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and training solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to promote training programmes and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Training & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery of training programmes (online, physical, or hybrid), including scheduling, trainers, and participants.
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Monitor participant registration, payments, attendance, and programme completion.
- Support the preparation of training materials, documentation, and logistical arrangements.
Administration & Compliance
- Assist with documentation and registration processes with relevant authorities or accreditation bodies (e.g. HRD Corp, JPK, or other regulators, where applicable).
- Maintain accurate client, sales, and programme records.
- Prepare sales reports, programme reports, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, training, or the education industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
