Job description
Responsibility
  • Analyse and identify customer’s needs and match against our cloud based project .
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
  • Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
  • Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
  • Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers
  • Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
  • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
  • Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
  • Achieve Sales Quota across products lines.
  • Team-Player, Flexible and able to work in dynamic environment
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of inbound/ inside/ tele sales experience .Experience with lead generation and handling preferably enterprise accounts is must .
  2. Must have similar working experience in Malaysia market.
  3. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  4. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully
  5. Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  6. Must have experience selling technology-based product/ SAAS based and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with large ticket long sales cycle technology sales items, competitive –assertive personality with ability to operate effectively independently in high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.
  7. Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
  8. Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  9. Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  10. Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
