Job Description:

  • Business Development: Execute prospecting campaigns and use tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Sales Execution: Present solutions to prospects, manage the sales process via the BANT framework, and achieve targets for new business, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Account Management: Support sales campaigns, resolve basic technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize account strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Track opportunities, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and qualify leads for a seamless handoff to the field sales team.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Analyze campaign results, attend product training, and coordinate with experts to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
It’ll Be Good If You Are:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred).
  • Experience: 2 -3+ years in IT Sales with a strong background in various sales motions or sales/marketing operations.
  • Languages: Native or Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
