Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients across SMEs and corporates.
  • Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Understand hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate fees, and secure job orders.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports.
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in BD, Sales, or Recruitment is an advantage.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Interest in sales, client acquisition, and networking.
  • Fluent in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Own transport & willing to travel.
