We are seeking a Business Development role involves identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand a company's product portfolio and market presence. Key responsibilities include market research and analysis, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals, developing business strategies, and representing the company at industry events. Success requires strong negotiation, strategic planning, and analytical skills to navigate the complex and ever-changing pharmaceutical landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research to find new business opportunities, such as potential partners, new customers
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long‑term strategies for growth, including market entry and revenue stream development.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key customers, other healthcare organizations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, economic conditions and adapt to product strategies, product roadmaps, and business cases for new and existing products.
  • Account development and planning through identification of individual account business models and processes, including key decision makers, influencers (hospitals, pharmacy chains, government accounts, etc.): Understand customer needs, structure customized solutions, and ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Requirements
