Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Initiate and drive sales activities, such as but not limited to pitching of our products and services to new, prospective, and existing customers.
  • Responsible on provide pre and post sales service to customers as well as to maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage sales-related activities and events.
  • Complete the sales submission process and follow up to ensure payment is received from customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-centric approach to business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years & above sales related experience.
  • Experience & knowledge in banking / financial / investment related products.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. (Multilingual is an added advantage)
  • Ability to work independently, possess own transport & willing to travel.
  • Organised and motivated, self-starter with a determined, mature approach and prepared to go that extra mile to achieve/exceed sales.
