Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Business Development Executive to act as a strategic right hand to the CEO across a portfolio of three distinct companies. This is not a traditional desk job; it is a role for a "shaper" who can digest complex information, hunt for brand opportunities, and drive expansion through grants and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Digest & Follow-up Attend high-level meetings with the CEO and prepare actionable minutes. Ensure all action items from the CEO’s office are followed up across all three companies.
  • Brand Collaborations & Marketing Identify and pitch potential brand partners for cross-promotional campaigns and retail collaborations. Design and write persuasive pitch decks and proposals for external stakeholders. Brainstorm outside the box marketing ideas to increase brand visibility across different retail channels.
  • Retail Operations & Expansion Assist in scouting new locations or digital platforms for business expansion. Monitor retail performance metrics and suggest operational improvements. Coordinate between different departments to ensure expansion projects stay on schedule. Proactively identify government or private grants suitable for the three companies. Lead the application process, from gathering documentation to writing the project proposal and tracking the status of submissions.
Requirements (The "Energy" Fit)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development, Marketing, or a Startup environment.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Canva/PowerPoint and project management tools (Notion, Trello, or Asana).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be able to "sell" a vision to potential partners.
  • Mindset: An "owner" mentality. You don't wait for instructions; you find problems and suggest solutions.
  • Multitasking: The ability to switch context between three different business models seamlessly.
