Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding ServAuto’s workshop network by identifying, acquiring, and developing high‑quality partner workshops. This role plays a key part in strengthening ServAuto’s nationwide presence by ensuring workshops are aligned with our standards, equipped with our products, and committed to delivering a trusted customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new workshops in target regions based on ServAuto’s growth plan.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, field visits, presentations, and networking to convert prospects into active partners.
  • Manage the entire acquisition cycle — lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong, healthy acquisition pipeline through structured research and targeted strategies.
Partnership Development
  • Build strong working relationships with newly onboarded workshops to ensure smooth activation.
  • Understand partner needs, challenges, and operational gaps.
  • Support workshops in meeting activation KPIs, product adoption, and early performance targets.
  • Guide workshops on ServAuto SOPs, customer handling standards, and usage of ServAuto products/services.
Market & Data Analysis
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and workshop behaviour to strengthen acquisition strategy.
  • Track and report weekly on pipeline, partner performance, and BD metrics.
  • Provide insights to refine targeting and engagement strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners receive adequate support, training, and materials.
  • Provide on‑ground feedback to improve SOPs, product offerings, and partner engagement processesli>
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure workshop readiness and compliance with ServAuto standards.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
  • Experience in business development, dealer management, field sales, or automotive workshop environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and engaging workshop owners on‑site.
  • Data‑driven mindset with basic reporting and pipeline tracking skills.
