A day in the life:

As a Business Development & Communications Specialist at Monster Energy, you'll unleash your creativity and tech prowess to turbocharge internal communications and craft compelling content that fuels training, tool adoption, and electrifying business storytelling. Ignite engagement and clarity across Monster Energy by producing powerful multimedia content, orchestrating dynamic internal events, and turbocharging the execution of business processes.

The impact you'll make:
  • Content Creation for Internal Communications - Develop and produce engaging content (emails, newsletters, videos, infographics) to communicate business tools, updates, and strategies. Ensure messaging is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals. Craft compelling narratives, support in developing digital tools (e.g., apps, infosites), and analyze feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Training & Tools Communication - Create training materials and communication assets to support the rollout and adoption of internal tools and platforms. Simplify complex concepts into digestible formats for diverse audiences.
  • Program & Process Execution - Support the implementation of business development programs and internal processes. Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Content & Feedback Management - Collect, organize, and manage content from various stakeholders. Gather feedback and extract insights to refine communication strategies and improve future content.
  • Internal Event Hosting - Plan and host internal events such as training sessions, business meetings, and town halls. Ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with communication objectives.
  • Digital Tool Development Support - Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and co-develop internal apps or websites (e.g., event invitation platforms, infosites) that enhance communication and engagement.
  • Storytelling of Business Insights & Strategy - Translate business data and strategic direction into compelling stories using various formats. Drive understanding and action through narrative-driven communications.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Tracking - Analyze engagement metrics, feedback, and usage data to assess the effectiveness of communications. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Communications, Marketing, Business Admin, or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
