What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into closed deals
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market insights and strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to the development of the sales team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Two years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, product lifecycles, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, licensing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with domestic and international stakeholders.
