Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Understand client business across different streams and map the usage of SAP modules to each of their business processes at a high level.
• Report weekly and monthly progress on team operational performance.
• Liaise with support team for operational topics and enhancements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on complex issues and change requests.
• Address ad‑hoc queries from the client at a business process or technical level independently across SAP functional modules.
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address issues and keep them updated on related IT matters.
• Guide the support team day‑to‑day, ensuring quality deliverables within defined SLAs.
• Track and manage escalations effectively, ensuring smooth closure of incidents.
• Responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all IT major incidents.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in team lead experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP SD functional.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of studies.

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP MM materials management.
