Job Responsibilities
  • Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
  • Analyzing commercial data such as budgets, sales results, and forecasts.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Supporting key business applications and processes, conducting research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems.
  • Guiding businesses to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Driving process analysis across all involved functions and stakeholders (service, engineering, supply chain, sales).
  • Using business process modeling and analysis tools, methods and standards to fully obtain information about what capabilities the business needs and leveraging more graphical techniques for facilitating communications.
  • Interfacing between business owners and application delivery team to manage change requests and set priorities.
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon, so the whole team easily understands it.
  • Working closely with the Technology delivery team to drive the overall adoption, optimisation, and ongoing iteration of the workflow platform, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies.
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
  • Providing consulting and coaching around best practices and driving user adoption rate to enhance user experience.
  • Identifying project issues/risks and presenting alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
  • Systems and operations support 2/3rd level—evaluation and validation of processes and procedures.
  • Assisting with testing new software or process releases and updates.
  • Regular updates with the delivery team on project status and milestones.
  • Providing and maintaining written documentation of business system manuals and procedures.
  • Helping to develop new training material and improving current ones, as well as assisting with organising and preparing training sessions. Providing meaningful analysis of business processes around everyday problems encountered by group companies. Managing multiple stakeholders' engagements to facilitate business process analysis sessions and developing technology solutions for these teams.
  • Conducting cross-functional meetings, as needed, to interview a designated group of users (focus groups) to understand and address their needs, define problems and appropriate solution requirements, develop specifications, analyze and document business processes, validate test procedures, review training material for the user community and define future product direction.
  • Developing fully documented quantitative models of business processes to improve understanding of the impact of people, process and tool performance.
  • Determining the as-is state of process work, identifying formal and informal business processes in the organization, and obtaining the context in which the process is performed and the value generated, the pain points that exist and possible solutions to address that create efficiencies and scale.
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • ITIL.
  • BABOK.
  • 3–5 years working experience in supporting ERP, CRM, DMS systems.
  • Background in business process design, ERP, CRM, DMS implementations with good analytical skill.
