  • Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and business actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a strategic Business Analyst to join our team at Denave Malaysia. This individual will play a critical role in analysing sales performance data and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness using CRM and BI tools
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and interpret business requirements
  • Support the planning and execution of sales enablement programs across APAC.
  • Evaluate sales processes and recommend automation or improvements for better output and alignment.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic sales planning.
  • Monitor performance against targets and assist with quarterly business reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Sales Operations Analyst role, preferably in a B2B inside sales process environment.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and business actions
  • MBA or Graduate in any discipline is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholder
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Experience working with regional APAC markets is a plus.
