We’re looking for aproactive and organizedBusiness Admin Executive to support our growing operations. This role combinesoffice & HR admin, customer booking enquiries & support,and supplier engagement.
Job Responsibility:
- Handlecustomer enquiries and supportrelated to bookings
- Engage withSoftinn booking supplierson price, promotion, and allotment
- Handleoffice administrativetasks
- Handleoffice reception & communicationwith good andprofessional phone etiquette
- Assist in theHR administrative tasksand providecoordination support
- Be thefirst contactin the office
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resource, or a related field, and/or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in office administration, HR support, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia(Chinese would be a plus)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with both customers and business partners / suppliers
- Proficient incomputer skills, including but not limited to Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Customer-focused and comfortable doing follow-ups via phone or email
- Familiar withbasic picture and video editing
- Typing Speed:Minimum 200 CPM or 50WPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with booking platforms, hospitality systems, or CRM tools is an added advantage
- Familiar with video editing software
- Understanding of e-commerce
- Knowledge and interest in the travel tech industry

Salary Range:
RM 2,000 to RM 2,800 (with performance incentives)
