Tenant Relations and Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants regarding building-related matters.
  • Address tenant complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure tenant compliance with building regulations and lease agreements.
Budget, Finance, and Operations
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for building operations.
  • Monitor and report on building expenses and income.
  • Oversee collection of rental payments, service charges, and arrears.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Management of Building Staff
  • Supervise and manage on-site staff, including security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
