Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in managing commercial or office buildings is required.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and statutory requirements is needed.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of the building.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and expenses.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants regarding building matters.
