We are seeking an experienced Building Management Manager to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day residential building operations and maintenance of our buildings located in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our facilities.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive building management strategies and policies
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of maintenance staff, contractors and service providers
  • Monitoring building systems and equipment to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards
  • Preparing and managing budgets for building operations and maintenance
  • Liaising with tenants, clients and other stakeholders to address their concerns and requirements
  • Implementing and overseeing energy‑efficient and sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of our buildings
  • Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in building management
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a building management or facilities management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
