Responsibilities

1. Ensure all building services and facilities are running smoothly.
2. Monitor performance of service providers and their staff.
3. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (lifts, utilities, etc.).
4. Conduct daily inspections of the premises.
5. Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
6. Monitor security operations and personnel.
7. Ensure all safety systems (CCTV, alarms, fire equipment) are functional.
